A note on COVID-19

In the efforts to minimize the spread of COVID- 19, we are encouraging all patients to book telephone consultations if possible.

If you have any symptoms suggesting you may be infected with COVID-19 if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 2 weeks, please re-schedule any appointments by calling 416-275-0069. During this time, we will waive any late cancellation fees.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. If you have experience any of these symptoms and have travelled outside of Canada in the last 2 weeks, please isolate yourself and contact Toronto Public Health at 416-338-7600.

I like to start with the basics: nutrition, activity and rest as the foundation of any treatment plan. Think of these as your classic white shirt, and go-to pair of jeans. These basic tenets of health will always be in style if you keep them well maintained and regularly refreshed. From there, we can layer in more details and really build your health to reflect your individual lifestyle.
